If you like them, then you ought to like these bands. First, I give you, Eluveitie. How many metal bands do you know of that uses a hurdy-gurdy? Here is their song, Inas Mona.

And now, for this band from Italy, Elvenking. This band combines more of a power metal feel with Celtic/folk influences.

Ah yes, I know that band quite well. Here is another power metal band, Gallogalss, that uses a violin in many of their songs and it gives that Celtic feel.
